The Pigtails effect causes Usotsuki to wear pigtails with blue ribbons. This effect is purely cosmetic.

It is helpful to have the Match effect while travelling to fetch this effect. Either the Pigtails or the Braids can be chosen, but not both.
Directions[]
- Enter the Dark Maze from the Nexus and find the silver structure that leads to Silent Hill.
- Through a gaping hole in the ground, enter the Smoke-Stack World.
- Find the entrance to a tower and climb the stairs.
- You are now on the Strange Rooftop. The blue ribbon will give the Pigtails; the red will give the Braids.
