The Headless World is a spooky, well-hidden area reached through the Showers. Against a dim, rusty sky stands its plateau, covered in swirling plants and kneeling girls, some without heads or with rips in their backs, implying they are likely dolls. Their heads are bent as if in submission, and they appear to be around Usotsuki's age, wearing similar dress and hair style. In dress and hair they also resemble Trisha, supported by the fact that her room in the Marble Hall is easily reachable from this path.
The music here is the ominous beating of a solitary drum.
