The Cliff is a rather varied area reached by taking the "deep-fried" train from the Subway. The first section is an abandoned cable car station located in a wetland, connected to a three-way junction. The path on the right is (currently?) blocked off by traffic cones, while the opposite one leads to a steep cliffside surrounded by silhouttes of what seems to be branchless trees. On the top of the Cliff, there's a woman sitting. Interacting with her grants you the Older Sister effect. Going back to the train car lets you return to the Subway.
