The debug room is an easter egg that serves as a cheat code. While Usotsuki is awake go to the bottom right hand corner of her room and push on a certain part of the wall. This will open a hidden door that contains all of the effects, allows you to change menu color, and a faceless boy gives you the option of lifting doors.
As of version 0.03 the door is still there, but is blocked by the radio. It is unknown whether this was a mistake or blatantly put there to spite the player.
