The Eyeball Box effect turns Usotsuki's head into a box with an eye on each side. When you press shift Usotsuki lays on the floor, retracts her body into the Eyeball Box and closes all of her newly aquired eyes. She is then instantly transported to the center of the Nexus. This effect is found in the Face Alleys.
